We are Create Music Group, one of the fastest growing music technology companies in the entertainment industry. We monetize over 8 billion monthly music streams and are currently one of the largest music rights holders in the world. We operate a number of different services out of our 22,000 sq ft HQ in the heart of Hollywood including: music distribution, music publishing, YouTube monetization, artist development, brand development, and production.

  • Able to learn new administrator platforms, programs, and apps.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR work experience
  • Experience with at least one HRIS, HCM, or Payroll platform (ADP, Paychex, Gusto, TriNet, etc.)
  • Google Apps and Microsoft Office, especially Gmail and Google Drive/Google Docs

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Tag teaming with our HR Manager in key areas such as:

  • Payroll
    • Administrator level time tracking, attendance, and PTO
    • Running payroll processes
  • Hiring/recruiting
    • Creating job ads
    • Screening
    • Interviewing
    • Coordinating with teams
    • Note taking
  • Compliance
    • Drafting, reviewing, and revising company policies
    • HR audits and corrections
  • Additional duties include, but are not limited to: scheduling, counseling employees, employee training, generating reports
