  • 1+ years of relevant Work Experience, including retail or customer service
  • Vehicle required for this position

  • Facilities and Management Software (UpKeep, vxMaintain, EAM, etc.)
  • Inventory software (Boxstorm, ZoHo, Cin7, etc.)



  • MailChimp

  • Corresponding with guests at reception/front desk, both in-person and electronically
  • Checking guests in and enforcing office or studio rules
  • Preparing client meetings
  • Managing deliveries, including the delegation of office errands
  • Reporting to the General Manager on all front of house matters and coordinating resolution for any issues found
  • Assisting with facility maintenance and regulation 
  • Setting up appointments and scheduling meeting area availability
  • Planning social events such as weekly lunch preparation, office parties, and team building activities
  • Preparing reports/analytics on front house and facility trends


Sample Tasks:

  • Opening and closing procedures for the facility 
  • Cleaning the reception lobby to maintain a professional appearance, i.e. interior decorating, watering plants, etc.
  • Restocking amenities such as snacks and toiletries
  • Calling vendors to restock water, vending machines, and other supplies

$16 - 25 hourly depending on experience with benefits and paid time off.
